Rental Spaces Policies & Guidelines
Thank you for choosing Sedona Dances for your event, class, or private session. To keep our spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone, we ask all renters to review and follow the policies below.
Please leave the space clean and ready for the next user.
General Guidelines for All Renters

Cancellation - 7days prior for full refund. 50% within 48 hours. Ongoing renters must provide 30 days’ written notice to end their contract.

Payment - Ongoing renters payment due at the beginning of the month. One time event due at time of reservation to secure slot.

Be courteous and respectful — leave the space tidy for the next renter.

Show consideration for both the inside and outside of the space, including patio furniture, plants, mirrors, walls, doors, bulletin boards, speakers, wires, and all shared areas.

You are ultimately responsible for what happens during your class or event. You have the discretion to remove anyone who displays disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
Studio (Sedona Dances HQ)

Dry mop the entire floor after your class/workshop using the Swiffer/mop provided by the front door.

If the carpet becomes dirty, please vacuum with the provided vacuum cleaner.

Shoes must be removed upon entering and placed in the dressing room.

Do not affix items to doors, windows, or walls without prior approval.

Do not drag tables, chairs, or equipment across the dance floor.

Water and tea are the only beverages allowed.

Food is only permitted for special events with prior consent from management. Use of the refrigerator and food prep area requires an additional fee.

Animals are not allowed (except service dogs).

Sedona Dances is a drug- and alcohol-free space.

No smoking in the building.
-
No open flames. Contained candles are permitted.

Smudge ash must be disposed of safely outside, not in trash bins.

Excessive trash must be removed by renters. A replacement trash bag is located by the refrigerator.
Healing Room

Please vacuum the floor after your session with the provided vacuum cleaner.

No food or beverages are permitted in the Healing Room (water and tea only).

Used linens must be placed in the provided hamper.

Linen rental fees apply if using studio-provided linens:

$15 per set of sheets

$5 per pillowcase

Please respect the massage table, furniture, and orgonite energy tools provided in the room.
Parking
-
Park only in designated Sedona Dances spots.

Do not park in spaces marked “Do Not Park.”

Overflow parking is available nearby.

We encourage carpooling whenever possible.
