Sedona Dances makes it easy to create your own dance party with our Do-It-Yourself option. With clear, simple instructions, you can effortlessly operate the system during your rental. Choose your favorite songs or playlists, set up smooth crossfades between tracks, download your music for offline listening, and connect your device to our transmitter via Bluetooth or aux. Once everything is set, you and your guests can enjoy a seamless, shared dance experience, creating your own unforgettable party atmosphere.

How They Work

  • Silent disco headsets are not Bluetooth — they connect with each other through radio frequency (RF) signals sent from a central transmitter.

  • Each headset has a built-in receiver that picks up the music directly from the transmitter.

  • You can switch between 3 different music stations, each offering a unique mix or DJ.

  • The LED colors on the headphones show which station you’re tuned in to.

  • The signal range can reach up to 500 meters (over 1,600 feet) in open spaces, so you can move freely without losing sound.

  • Even though everyone can choose their own channel, everyone’s still connected through the shared music experience, creating a sense of unity rather than isolation.

How to Connect and Use Your Silent Disco System

  • Power on the Transmitter

  • Make sure the transmitter is plugged in and switched on.

  • Connect Your Device

  • Bluetooth: Pair your phone or music device with the transmitter.

  • Aux / Wired: Use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect your device directly.

  • Choose Your Playlist

  • Play your favorite songs or a custom playlist downloaded for offline listening.

  • Set Your Headset Channel

  • Each headset can tune into a different music station:

  • Channel 1 – Blue

  • Channel 2 – Red

  • Channel 3 – Green

  • Adjust Volume & Enjoy

  • Start at a moderate volume and adjust to your comfort.

  • Dance, switch channels, and enjoy a seamless, shared music experience!

How to Create Your Own Playlist for the Party

 

  1. Choose Your Music

    • Search for existing playlists on Spotify or make your own by selecting songs you love.

  2. Smooth Transitions with Crossfade

    • Go to Settings → Playback → Crossfade Songs.

    • Turn it on and select a duration (3–6 seconds) so one song blends seamlessly into the next.

  3. Download for Offline Listening

    • Download your playlist so you can play it without interruptions.

  4. Connect to Our Transmitter

    • Use Bluetooth or aux to connect your device to our silent disco transmitter.

  5. Enjoy Your Party!

    • Dance, switch channels if you like, and enjoy a seamless, shared music experience.
