Agreement
By renting and/or using equipment from Sedona Dances, I agree to the following:
1. Responsibility for Equipment
I accept full responsibility for all rented equipment during the rental period. All items must be returned in the same condition received.
Replacement Costs:
- Headsets: $50 each
- Transmitters: $250 each
I agree to pay for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

2. Cancellations/Late Return Fees
Silent Disco rentals and reservations must be canceled 30 days for a full refund.
Equipment must be returned at the agreed time.
Late returns may result in additional rental fees, including up to a full additional day rental.

3. Self-Operated Use
I understand this is a self-operated rental unless otherwise agreed. I am responsible for setup, use, and supervision of all equipment.

4. Liability Waiver
I assume all risks associated with use of the equipment, including activities involving music, movement, or gatherings.
I release and hold harmless Sedona Dances, its owners and affiliates from any and all liability, injuries, damages, or claims arising from use of the equipment or participation in the event.
