We bring our immersive Haptic Recovery Lounge directly to a vacation rental, retreat property, or private event location. We create a scheduled drop-in relaxation experience where guests can unwind during a designated time window. Guests rest on specialized vibroacoustic therapy mats and feel calming music vibrations through the body, helping them decompress and integrate their retreat experience. Ideal after: • breathwork • emotional workshops • travel days • long seminar sessions We help determine the appropriate lounge duration based on your group size and retreat schedule.
Guided Movement Experience
A welcoming, guided movement journey designed for all experience levels. Danielle leads participants through simple prompts that help the group relax, connect, and move freely without choreography or performance pressure. The experience builds connection, releases tension, and ends with a grounding relaxation. No Dance Experience required.
Silent Dance Experience
A fun and social group experience using wireless headphones with multiple music channels. Guests dance, laugh, and connect in a shared activity while maintaining a peaceful environment. Perfect for celebration nights, opening mixers, or guest entertainment at retreat properties. We have an event space if you need a place to host your own Intimate Ecstatic Dance for up to 30 people. Also known as Silent Disco, it works indoors or outdoors and does not disturb nearby neighbors or quiet hours with sound.
Private Studio & Workshop Space
Sedona Dances is a flexible private studio designed for workshops, classes, and small gatherings. The space features a professional sprung dance floor, sound system, projector and screen, seating, and a lounge area, making it ideal for visiting instructors, healing practitioners, group meetings, and movement-based experiences. The studio comfortably hosts seated presentations or small group activities and provides a welcoming, easy-to-use environment without the need to rent a large retreat center. Located in West Sedona with convenient parking, it’s a simple solution for facilitators and organizers who need a reliable space ready to go.
