Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours are non-refundable. As a courtesy, 50% of the session fee may be applied as a credit toward a future service via a one-time discount code, valid for 60 days. This policy helps honor the time reserved for you, as we often turn away other clients and make specific arrangements for staff to be present for each session.
